Swing and jazz band hire at sensible prices How much does it cost ? Our fees are calculated at Musicians Union rates, based upon the type of performance needed, playing times required and distance travelled. Quotes are all inclusive No hidden costs.

When requesting a price quote ~ Please give us as much information as you can. Please try to tell us exactly what you need (see below) and we will quote a realistic price .
Things it would be helpful to know
1. Date of your event !
2. Name of Venue and location Please include postcode if possible so that we can find the venue and calculate travel costs accurately.
3. Playing times A rough outline of how your event will run is always helpful What time does your event start and finish? How long do you want the band to play? We usually quote for 2hours actual performance time and a price for buying extra time by the half hour. The band normally arrives to set up 1hour before we are due to start playing
4. Type of Event Private party, Wedding Reception, Birthday party Anniversary celebrations, Christmas Party Hotel , Restaurant, Barbecue, Jazz Club, Concert, Corporate function, Cabaret Night, Charity Fund Raiser , The age range of those attending is helpful to know when we are planning our programme.
5. Music you would require:- Background only (Jazz Swing and Latin) Music for dancing (includes @Strictly Style) some light rock if required) Special requests (e,g, ‘First Dance.’ ) A mixture (leave it to the band) Music on CD to cover breaks
